The experience was marred by charging inconsistencies, with a double charge that caused unnecessary stress and hassle during our stay. While the hostel staff were friendly, the lack of resolution regarding my billing issue was frustrating. The complimentary breakfast was good and convenient, plus they provided packed lunches upon request, which added value, considering the price.
